You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RG77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify RG77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. RG77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
RG77 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request made by RG77, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.
RG77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). RG77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on RG77 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by RG77, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. RG77 is not responsible for any limits imposed by third-party payment providers.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your RG77 account instantly. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. RG77 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your RG77 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. RG77 maintains player funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Your deposited funds do not earn interest. RG77 is not a bank or financial institution and your RG77 account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your RG77 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. RG77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
RG77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. RG77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit imposed by RG77, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.
RG77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used for the withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal request.
Where a player has received a bonus or promotional credit, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
RG77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal can be made. RG77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit — and to void any winnings derived therefrom — where RG77 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, coordinated play with other players to guarantee outcomes, or any other conduct that RG77 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
RG77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions.
All casino games available on the RG77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by RG77 or any third party. RG77's RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for RG77's slot games are determined by the game providers and are independently verified. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average return to players and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
Sports betting odds on RG77 are set by RG77's sportsbook team and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. RG77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the event is cancelled or abandoned, or where RG77 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game or bet, RG77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. RG77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RG77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the RG77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of RG77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the RG77 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any RG77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.
Any unauthorized use of RG77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RG77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
RG77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your RG77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
RG77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. RG77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude RG77's liability for death or personal injury caused by RG77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
RG77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the RG77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
RG77 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and RG77 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
RG77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist RG77 in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

You may close your RG77 account at any time by contacting RG77 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following the completion of applicable verification procedures.
RG77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RG77 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the RG77 Platform, you agree to first contact RG77 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. RG77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
